Dragoș ROȘCA (President of the Romanian Business Leaders Foundation)
Our opinions are a part of our identity. Few people would be willing to put them aside out of a fear of losing themselves.
Fear results in errors in our thinking and these can become costly. Putting these errors in the context of a business, a decision is made based on wrong assumptions that you make when you let yourself be deceived by your mind.
A daring discussion about how flaws in thinking can make a difference between the success and failure of some companies, like the people who run them.
Radu Atanasiu is a teacher at the Maastricht School of Management Romania. He teaches critical thinking, which according to a study by the World Economic Forum, is said to be one of the most important abilities alongside problem-solving skills, to get a good job in 2020.
